Its been four months since I first posted my 101 things in 1001 days on my blog. I thought it would be a good idea to review my progress to see where I’m at. By the way, if anyone is keeping track I have finished 10.5 goals over the last 4 months. Below is the list of things I have accomplished so far:
001 Finish making this list (12/04/07) This one took a bit of time and research but I got it done.
002 See a dentist (02/06/08) Thanks goes to Whitney of George Brown College for her time and patience. There is nothing like free dental service.
004 Brush my teeth daily. I brushed my teeth everyday anyways before I made this list.
035 Volunteer some time for a good cause. (01/0 I’m volunteering my time to help out with CONC/The Nook’s children and youth theatre group.
046 Subscribe to a magazine for at least a year. (11/04/07)Best Life magazine what else can I say.
052 Buy a new sketchbook and fill it. (12/07)I bought the sketchbook now I just have to fill it.
071 Continue to contribute $30 per paycheque to my RSP account. (01/0 Its always a good idea to save for the distant future.
075 Take a financial planning/money management course. (02/23/08)084 Buy a new winter coat. (12/20/07)The best $40 plus tax I ever spent.
086 Buy a digital camera. (12/17/07) Thanks again Shannon.
089 Buy an iPod. (12/20/07) The best $150 plus tax I ever spent.
On a good note, I think I’m doing pretty well. There is definitely room for improvement but I’m on the right track on complete the things I have set for myself on this list. There is a good chance I will not finish everything on this list but I’m going to try anyways. I like my childhood cartoon character G.I. Joe “Trying is half the battle” or something like that. Make sure to stay tune for the next 101 Things in 1001days recap.
